How are the coaching sessions conducted?
For training plans, an initial consultation is done via email and/or phone call. Our one on one coaching is conducted through email, phone call, and/or video call. All training plans are delivered via PDF.
What is Fast Pack Running?
Fast Pack Running is a running coaching service that helps all runners become faster and better at their sport. It is not about a specific pace but about improving each athlete from where they are now.
What time commitment is required?
Training plans are customized to your lifestyle and schedule, but you should plan on running 4 to 7 days a week (depending on current fitness).
What results can I expect from the training plans?
We aim to improve upon your current fitness level. After assessing where you are now, we create training that will bring you to the next level. Expect to be faster and fitter!
How much do coaching and training plans cost?
