Coach Tom Palamar

VDOT O2 Running Certified Coach, currently studying Exercise Science at USF.

Ran 4 years High School Track and Cross Country. Ran 2 years D2 Pasco Hernando State College.

4 Time Marathoner, 2 Time Boston Marathoner.

VDOT O2 Running Certified Coach, RRCA Level 1 Coach, Certified Personal Trainer from Cooper Clinic

Over 30 years running in distances from 5k – marathon. 10 Time Marathoner, 4 Time Boston Qualifier.
