Achieving your running goals takes more than a cherry picked plan out of a book. Each of our training plans is custom written for YOU. After an initial consultation, we will take your current fitness goals, running background, and lifestyle to create a custom training plan specific for your fitness level, daily schedule, and upcoming races. Need more support than a just a training plan? We also offer one-on-one coaching where we guide you with your running every step of the way.

One-on-One Coaching

Get more from your training with One-on-One Coaching to take you to the next level. This is perfect if you have multiple races, complicated schedules, or just want more accountability from a coach.

What to expect: Custom training tailored towards your goals, Weekly progress check-ins, Training adjustments as necessary (illness, travel, setbacks, etc), Goal setting and fitness assesments.

Cost: $125 Monthly

Half Marathon to Marathon Plan

Conquer your biggest goals in the half marathon through the marathon. By building your endurance along with your threshold and race pace, you will set your new personal best. We’ll help you target your specific race so you show up ready for your next PR.

What to expect: A custom training plan based on your current fitness, lifestyle, and goals. Access to coaches for any questions during training. Choose 16 weeks if you already have a base built, choose 20 weeks if you are coming back from time off.

Cost: 16 Weeks: $65 | 20 Weeks: $75

5k to 15k Training Plan

Endurance meets speed in the mid-distance races. Build your aerobic engine while developing a strong speed base. This plan will target your specific upcoming race distance and get you race ready in 12 weeks.

What to expect: A custom training plan based on your current fitness, lifestyle, and goals. Access to coaches for any questions during training.

Cost: 12 Weeks: $50

Mile to 3K Training Plan

Sharpen your speed and get ready to crush some new PR’s on the track or the road. Plan is 10 weeks to get you ready in time for race season.

What to expect: A custom training plan based on your current fitness, lifestyle, and goals. Access to coaches for any questions during training.

Cost: 10 Weeks: $35

Base Training Plans

Build a foundation before starting a more rigorous training plan. These 10 week base training plans helps you develop your aerobic system and prep for workouts. Three levels of plans are available.

Strength Training for Runners

Get to your start line healthy and strong with essential strength and conditioning for runners. This two day a week body-weight only strength program adds a key componenent to your running training.
